1. We offer free delivery of our parts to wholesale customers only. For shipping charges for other customers, please call our customer service staff at 1-800-464-3141.
   
   
2. We offer a lifetime warranty on quality recycled engines and transmissions. If one of our lifetime warranty engines or transmissions fail for other than gross negligence, we will replace that engine or transmission and pay you your normal labor rate to replace it.
   
   
3. We offer a 6 month standard warranty on all parts that we sell for no extra charge.
   
   
4. Yes, we offer a limited lifetime extended warranty on all our parts for an additional charge. See our warranty page for more information.
   
   
5. Yes, we have an after hours key drop-off for installations.
